The company is looking for new ideas and technologies for the semiconductor market as well as for the precious metals sector in 2021. Start-ups can apply now. Heraeus will select the most promising cooperation ideas from all applications, which will then be tested in joint projects.

Today's electronic devices must deliver more functionality with more computing power and higher speed. Module complexity is increasing while devices are getting smaller. For the Heraeus Accelerator 2021, Heraeus is looking for startups that develop solutions and products for advanced packaging for 5G technologies, System in Package (SiP) and mini or micro LEDs, as well as start-ups working on new solder alloys, solutions for laser welding or molding compounds.
About the Heraeus Accelerator
The Heraeus Accelerator was launched in 2019 and offers start-ups the opportunity to further develop and market their ideas and products with Heraeus. For this purpose, the start-ups have access to research laboratories, test equipment and the extensive customer and partner network of Heraeus. The goal of the Heraeus Accelerator is to build long-term collaborations with the participating startups. At the same time, the program offers support for challenges outside the cooperation project.
