Precious Metals for Industry

Precious metals have become an indispensable part of everyday life because of their unique properties. Due to their corrosion resistance and good malleability, precious metals are not only used for jewelry. They are also used in a variety of industries and other products. Whether sensors in the steel industry, catalysts for chemical processes, contact materials in the electronics industry or in glass coatings - most industrial products contain precious metals from Heraeus.
