The Christmas Cookie Bakery



  • 400 grams of flour
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 250 grams butter (soft!)
  • ½ package baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg yolk


1. Combine the ingredients and knead into a firm dough.

2. Place the dough in a bowl and cover with a towel overnight in the refrigerator.

3. The next day, put some flour on the work surface and roll out the dough evenly with a rolling pin.

4. Cut out the cookies with cookie cutters and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

5. Then brush the cookies with egg yolk for a beautiful golden brown surface.

6. Bake the cookies in the oven at 180 degrees convection.

7. Depending on your taste, decorate the cookies after cooling with sprinkles or cover with chocolate icing.
