Ingredients
- 500 g flour
- 250 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 125 g ground hazelnuts or almonds
- 2 pck. vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
Preparation
Step 1: Put the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs together in a bowl and whisk them until they become fluffy. Then knead the nuts and flour into the mixture. A dough hook is particularly suitable for this. Place the dough in the fridge for 1 hour.
Step 2: Now use a piping bag, a mincer or a biscuit press. Turn the dough in portions through the mincer, press it through the piping bag or divide it into small portions using the biscuit press.
Step 3: Place the biscuits on a baking tray and then put them in the oven at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Step 4: Allow the finished biscuits to cool down well and then decorate with chocolate or icing, depending on your taste.
