The company brings extensive expertise in the semiconductor industry and views the business as a strong complement to its existing portfolio.
As part of the transaction, Brewer Science will acquire the Semiconductor Chemicals business, including the associated employees. Both companies are committed to ensuring a respectful and smooth transition. By becoming part of Brewer Science, the business will benefit from an organization whose strategic focus is closely aligned with the markets and technologies served by the Semiconductor Chemicals business.

The transaction is expected to close on July 31, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
