Korea: New Heraeus organization bundles forces

Suwon, July 12:

  • On June 30, the newly established subsidiary Heraeus Korea celebrated its grand opening with clients and sales partners. The new location in Suwon strengthens Heraeus’ presence in an important growth market.

More than 80 customers and sales partners attended the grand opening of the new Heraeus Korea office in the Gwanggyo Business Center in Suwon near Seoul.

The new subsidiary combines marketing and sales activities for several important Korean markets such as electronics, industrial applications, mobility or renewable energies. Steve Jang, President of Heraeus Korea, explains the advantages of the new organization: “Korea is home to large conglomerates and important industry sectors, and the country has long been an important market for Heraeus. With the new structure, we can provide our customers with even better services.”

The grand opening is therefore an important step to strengthen the market position in a growing economy. “The office design suits Heraeus well,” says Steve Jang happily. “It reflects the company’s motto as an employer: Open Space. For Open Minds.”
