Protective tubes made of quartz glass
Quartz glass panes with breakage detector
guarantee the safety of your plant and be installed into our UV modules as an option.
Mounting clamps and spring supports
secure elastic retention of the lamp. Heraeus will be happy to inform you which holders are suitable.
Individual electrical connections
A large number of base designs and adjusted lamp lengths enable the production of tailor-made UV lamps.
An electronic ballast has various advantages over coils:
- Excellent efficiency
- Variable power setting
- Constant lamp current even if mains voltage fluctuates
- Increased lamp efficiency due to high-frequency operation
- Preheating of the filament prolongs the service life of the electrode
- High-frequency operation prolongs the service life of the lamp
- Online lamp control
- Low heat dissipation
- Flexible use for various lamp types
Replacement lamp inserts for digital printers
A all-in-one solution with an insert for lamp replacement and replacement quartz glass plates, allowing the customer to replace the entire optical system in the lamp head, at costs of little more than that of a replacement lamp.

Common Accessories for Microwave-powered UV curing system
Dichroic reflectors help reduce heat to your substrate. These reflectors can be specified for your new Heraeus Noblelight America curing system or easily retrofitted into an existing system. Dichroic reflectors are exactly the same dimensions as a conventional reflector product, but have 50 or more dielectric coating layers applied to their surface. This coating reflects the UV, but absorbs much of the longer infrared (IR) wavelengths. This IR heat then dissipates from the reflector surface by air-cooling.
Power Supply Towers and Cabinets
Customers have the option to use either an open stand, called a power supply tower, or a closed cabinet, a Modular Power Supply Enclosure (MPE), to house multiple UV curing system power supplies.
Power Supply Towers
Two versions are available: wide and narrow. The Wide Tower supports any combination of up to five LH10, Mark II, LH6 Mark II, P600M, or Semray CPS3 power supplies. The Narrow Tower supports any combination of up to five P300 power supplies. An optional Power Distribution Box mounts on top of the tower to control and protect up to five power supplies with one switch. An optional E-Stop provides a "hard" emergency stop circuit to quickly turn off the irradiators.
Power Supply Tower Mechanical Specifications:
Height: 1564 mm / 61.6" (all versions without Power Distribution Box)1886 mm / 74.25" (all versions with Power Distribution Box)
Depth: 915 mm / 36" (all versions)
Width: 587 mm / 23.1" (Wide version)465 mm / 18.3" (Narrow version)
Finish: NEW COLOR RAL 7040 textured polyurethane
Clearances: 254 mm / 10" (from floor to underside of bottom power supply)1781 mm / 70.1" (maximum height from floor to main power switch)
Electrical Specifications for the Optional Power Distribution Box:
The Main Switch is rated for 115 amps at 480 VAC. All IEC-style circuit breakers mount on an internal 35 mm DIN rail. Circuit breaker ratings will vary, depending on the installed power supplies. Power is delivered to each power supply using flexible cords.
• The Tower should be secured to the floor using 12 mm / 0.5" bolts.
• P300 power supplies are mechanically "trapped" on the Narrow Tower shelves.
The cabinet provides centralized control either remotely or from the front of the cabinet for multiple microwave-powered UV curing systems and includes:
- a single point for customer power connections
- provides clean filtered air for the power supplies
- PLC and touchscreen controls optional
AIMS Real-time Performance Monitoring
The Advanced Integrated Monitoring System (AIMS) minimizes unscheduled system shutdowns and tracks the maintenance schedule for consumable parts. The AIMS software application monitors system performance and gathers data in real-time for the Light Hammer 6 & 10 Series MARK II. Through the use of a proprietary communication network, users can use a PC to monitor many of the UV curing system performance metrics to ensure process consistency and reduce unexpected downtime.
