For SNEC 2021, Heraeus Photovoltaics delivers next generation of high-performance, high-efficiency metallization pastes for solar cell manufacturers

SHANGHAI, China- June 2nd, 2021- Heraeus Photovoltaics, a leading supplier of metallization solutions to the PV industry, has introduced its next generation of metallization pastes to help cell manufacturers achieve new levels of efficiency and performance-to-price ratios. They include:

SOL9681 series for mono PERC+ SE solar cells:

this new-generation high efficiency front side silver paste enables ultra-fine line screen printing down to 15um. It is compatible with single and dual printing, and its wide contact window is compatible with higher Rsheet. It features High Voc, extra protection on laser damaged Selective Emitter. Additionally, this paste offers good morphology, less splashing, better contact performance and excellent resistance to acetic acid.

SOL6700 Pro non-contact paste for dual printing: the SOL6700 Pro paste is compatible with all mainstream cell technology and is designed for dual printing with low laydown. It provides excellent adhesion and a wide soldering window, enabling better printability fine line performance. This paste provides less reactivity into the passivation SiNx and A1Ox/SiNx. Further, it provides better contact to boost efficiency gain in MBB.

SOL9390 Pro for N-Type cells: this next-generation high-efficiency N-Type front side paste is ideal for ultra-fine-line screen printing. It offers better contact resistivity for high Rsheet and its low metal recombination leads to higher VoC. SOL9390 Pro provides a wider firing window and is compatible with different AIOx thickness.

SOL7300 Pro for N-TOPCon solar cells: this high-efficiency paste offers a very low metal0induced recombination, which leads to higher Voc. Cell manufacturers can achieve excellent contact resistivity even when fired at lower temperatures. It supports ultra-thin poly layer and delivers higher green strength.

SOL590 Pro for HJT cells this next-generation paste combines outstanding performance, reliability and efficiency for HJT cell manufacturers. It enables better contact to boost efficiency gain and provides excellent resistivity values with low curing temperature. SOL590 Pro is designed for fine-line screen printing for mass production and can help manufacturers lower paste consumption. Additionally, it is available for ITO and IWO.
