Heraeus, Hans Guenter Ritter

After 31 years at Heraeus, Hans-Guenter Ritter has decided to enter his well-deserved retirement in December 2020. He began his career at Heraeus in April 1989, and since then, the trading division has never left him. He started as a gold trader, and in a short time span he was appointed as Chief Trader. In 2005, when his predecessor retired, Hans-Guenter Ritter was appointed as Global Head of Trading. He developed into a respected expert in precious metals industry.

Hans-Guenter Ritter is handing over his position to his successor Henrik Marx, who himself has been working in Heraeus Precious Metals in various functions for several years.

We would like to thank Hans-Guenter Ritter for his tireless efforts. We wish him good luck and health for his retirement. We also extend a warm welcome to Henrik Marx and wish him all the best in his new position as Global Head of Trading.
