As a training company, the development of our apprentices and dual students is crucial to us, even beyond their training. Therefore, we are pleased to report that we have been able to take on two trainees and one dual student in their final year 2023.
“The apprenticeship at YAGEO Nexensos together with the cooperation partner Heraeus was an incredibly valuable experience for me. I not only gained technical knowledge, but also developed important soft skills that will help me a lot in my professional life. Working in different commercial departments helped me find out my personal strengths and interests “, says Jonah Wolff, who has been working for us as an operational buyer in the purchasing department since he graduated as an industrial clerk in January 2023.
Yannik Thiel, who completed his dual study program in technical information technology with us, is also enthusiastic: "The combination of theory and practice during my studies gave me a unique insight into the working world. What I found most rewarding about my training was the fact that I received two degrees. As part of my training process at YAGEO Nexensos, I was able to combine my training as a mechatronics engineer with a degree in technical computer science (B. Eng.). Thus, I gained a broad technical understanding, which I will further expand through my work as a junior project engineer in the field of digitalization in the future."
Louis Cabuk, who completed his training as a mechatronics engineer in June 2023, continues, "The opportunity to work in different departments and participate in exciting projects has given me a comprehensive insight into the wide range of tasks involved in mechatronics. I was particularly impressed by the support and commitment of my experienced colleagues and trainers, who always encouraged and motivated me. I'm happy to continue my career here and to be part of such a future-oriented industry."
Ann-Kathrin Sticksel, Junior HR Manager and Internal Training Manager, explains why we are particularly proud of our graduates: "We firmly believe that our trainees and dual students have the potential to help shape our future.
