  • Description: IP9029H is a green dielectric, particularly developed for use as an acid–resistant overglaze on chip and standard resistors.
  • Key features: It can withstand plating solutions, eg Ni baths with pH-values of 4-5 and Pb/Sn baths with pH-values of < 1#Also resistant to mildly alkaline solutions
  • Process Temperature: Fire at 580-620 °C (peak) for 2 minutes, and with a total firing cycle time of c. 25-30 minutes.
  • Film Thickness : 14-18 um
  • Viscosity: 25-45 Pas (25 °C, D = 100/s)
