  • Description: M637C is a pure platinum buried electrode. It fires to a dense internal layer, without mismatch, to a variety of co-fired multilayer structures. M637C is supplied with a clean burnout organic system, specifically formulated to reduce vertical delaminations.

  • Process Temperature: 1320°C (maximum)
  • Viscosity: 62-68 Kcps, Brookfield RVT, SC4-14 spindle and 6R utility cup at 10 rpm, 25°C.
  • Solids: 75.0 ± 1.0%
