As of 31st December 2023, the acquisition of Noblelight by Excelitas Technologies is officially complete and we are now proud members of the worldwide Excelitas Technologies organization.
Legal entity names will change over the course of the coming weeks across all Noblelight locations as we integrate into Excelitas. However, everything that you have come to know and expect from Noblelight remains unchanged: our innovative solutions, our quality and reliability, our dependable delivery, our responsive sales and customer service personnel.
The previous Heraeus legal entities will transition to Excelitas entities with the associated name changes as follows and will take effect in the coming weeks:
