Our service and maintenance packages

We offer special contract conditions for the technical inspection and maintenance of your systems and plants supplied by Noblelight.

Regular inspection and maintenance is a key factor for guaranteeing and optimising the service life and technical availability of your plants, systems and devices. Often, service technicians are called only after an error has occurred and there is a high risk of production downtime.

Many of the defects that suddenly occur can be prevented by regular inspection and maintenance. For example, repair work can be carried out during non-production times to minimise negative effects on your production.

How does it work?

The service level agreements offered by Noblelight allow customers to design their inspection and maintenance individually – as a support service or to supplement their own maintenance teams.

The best solution for you to easily meet the requirements of the various quality management systems is the qualified, regular checking of the production facilities by the original equipment manufacturer. We know our products and, moreover, meet quality standards such as DIN ISO 9001.

Scope of services

Regular inspection incl. test record and a list of recommendations regarding necessary maintenance and repair work that needs to be carried out to put the plant into the condition recommended by the manufacturer.

 

Is that an option for me?

Interesting for customers that have sufficient own qualified expert personnel but require regular certified test records and recommendation tables to meet the quality requirements. If required, our experts may also implement the necessary recommendations on the basis of the hours and materials used.

Scope of services

All services of the Bronze package plus exchange of specific wearing parts.

 

Is that an option for me?

Interesting for customers wishing to relieve their own maintenance and servicing teams.

We exchange the wearing parts for you and prepare a certified test report and a resulting list of recommendations.

If required, our experts may also implement the necessary additional recommendations on the basis of the hours and materials used.

Scope of services

All services of the Silver package plus repair or exchange of certain critical components that can be damaged during the term of the service agreement and are not the customer's responsibility.

 

Is that an option for me?

Interesting for customers wishing to minimise breakdown susceptibility and to have critical components covered during the term of the service level agreement.

Moreover, this service gives you a more sustainable basis for planning your maintenance budget. If required, our experts may also implement additional recommendations on the basis of the hours and materials used.

Scope of services

All services of the Gold package plus preferend access to Heraeus rental systems during the entire term. So that you can bridge the time required for necessary repairs as efficiently as possible and your production will be secured at any time.

 

Is that an option for me?

Interesting for customers attaching highest priority to safety and plannability. Our all-round service offers you a maximum of performance, reliability and quality.

This allows you to optimally plan your maintenance budget and to keep track of your resources at all times and you are fully covered in case of trouble.
